The production process involve raw steel billets heated up and forged into their form by drop forged hammers. Precision machining and grinding smooth out jaws and handles, followed by heat treatment, which makes the spanners inside structure harder & more refined for extended usage. Surface treatments such as sand blasting, polishing, and chrome electroplating are carried out post heat treatment. Each spanner is strictly torque tested as well as visually examined for defects.
In certain instances, the spanner shank is rubber-gripped so as to provide a gentle grip of the spanner.
